Trust: A Key Ingredient to Successful Coaching

Have you ever been in a coaching relationship where you knew what the client needed, and you just could not get them there? Or, have you ever been a coaching client, and you knew something just wasn’t quite right between you and your coach?

One of the key ingredients to successful coaching outcomes is having a strong trusting relationship between the client and the coach. But,… how to establish trust? Against the backdrop of complex organizational dynamics, this sometimes can be quite a tricky proposition!

In this hands-on session, we will explore what it takes to build trust, what are the barriers to a productive coaching relationship, and what are some practical strategies for developing trust and bringing about positive coaching outcomes.
